Owner/President – Manage day to day activities including marketing, future project selection, estimating, pre-construction and project management. Currently subcontracting $2,130,715 Surveying/Construction staking on the Owens Lake Phase VII project for the City of Los Angeles in Olancha, CA. Recently completed a $300,000 remodel of the Top Gun training building at NAS Fallon, NV.
Building Solutions, LLC, Reno, NV
Senior Project Manager – Oversee and manage company project managers and engineers to ensure adherence to company standards and to assist them with project management related issues. Also project managed a $4 million 7,000sf addition/renovation to the Reno VA hospital.
Flintco, Inc., Folsom, CA
Project Manager – Materials Recovery and Composting Facility Expansion, Roseville, CA. $11.6 Million 154,000 sf expansion to an existing recycling facility. Duties included writing subcontracts, creating the project schedule, schedule of values, implementing safety programs, ensuring timely completion of project and adherence to budget.
Project Engineer – UC Merced Science and Engineering Building, Merced, CA: $55 Million 173,000 sf three story steel and concrete frame building for labs, offices and classrooms. Duties included assisting with writing and reviewing subcontracts and schedules, reviewing and tracking submittals, RFI’s, PCO’s and change orders, and managed material deliveries for the structural steel, metal deck and concrete subcontractors.
Project Engineer – Napa County Juvenile Justice Center, Napa, CA: $12 Million 45,000 sf two story juvenile detention center. Duties included reviewing and tracking submittals and RFI’s and coordinating weekly safety meetings.
Walker River Paiute Tribe, Schurz, NV
Environmental Administrator – While administering an ANA (Admin for Native Americans) grant negotiated with NAS Fallon personnel on behalf of the Tribe regarding restitution from off range ordnance on reservation lands. Also coordinated with local cattlemen’s association to develop alternate water sources to repair and maintain riparian areas.
